Pre-boarding Instructions

Before boarding the bus for camp, all campers must check in at the St. Vincent Hospital 8402 Harcourt Road professional office building lobby.

There IHTC medical staff will:

• Take a camper count.
• Review the required medical information paperwork filled out by each camper's primary care physician. Please note: All campers must either send this paperwork to the IHTC before camp, present it to IHTC personnel before boarding the bus for camp, or bring it along if their parents are driving them to Camp Crosley.
• Log all camper factor and medications.
