Activities

This year, Hemophilia of Indiana, Inc. (HII) joins the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center, Inc. (IHTC) and YMCA Camp Crosley staff in creating a weeklong, fun-filled camp experience to promote group bonding, friendships, and achievement of program goals. This unforgettable camping experience is highlighted by activities created especially with our children in mind. These activities include:

Swimming
Sailing
Canoeing / kayaking
Fishing
Nature education
Specially designed athletic activities
Medical programming, including bleeding disorder education and self-infusion training
And much, much more!

Important Dates

Sunday, June 15th, at 12:00 noon: Destination Camp Brave Eagle! Buses transporting campers leave St. Vincent Hospital’s Oncology Center (same parking lot as previous years).

Sunday, June 15th, at 4 p.m.: Camp Brave Eagle 2006 check-in at YMCA Camp Crosley in North Webster.
Friday, June 20th, at 11:30 am: Family bus leaves St. Vincent Hospital for Camp Brave Eagle.
Friday, June 20th, at 3 p.m.: Family cookout and awards ceremony.
Friday, June 20th at 6 p.m.: Campers check out and board to return to St. Vincent Hospital’s Oncology Center in Indianapolis.
Friday, June 20th, 9 p.m.: Camper pick-up at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital (please be prompt picking up your children!).
